Design Exclusivity | Are all designs identical?

No. Every Boenga creation is one of a kind.

Each floral composition is individually designed by Harijanto Setiawan. While you may choose a preferred colour palette, the final selection of flowers and artistic composition remains bespoke, making every arrangement uniquely yours.

Quality Assurance | How do I keep my flowers fresh?

Keep flowers in fresh water, add flower food daily, and avoid direct sunlight, heat and humidity.

As fresh-cut flowers are living botanicals, longevity varies depending on environmental conditions after delivery. We use only premium seasonal blooms to ensure exceptional freshness.

Flowers & Foliage Varieties |How many flower varieties are included?

A richer selection of flowers and foliage creates greater depth, texture and visual complexity.

Essence has a minimum of 5 types of floral varieties.

Harmony has a minimum of 7 types of floral varieties.

Opulence has a minimum of 9 types of floral varieties.

Masterpiece has a minimum of 12 types of floral varieties..

How long do fresh flowers last?

Our bespoke fresh flowers typically remain beautiful for 3ā€“6 days when kept in a cool indoor environment and cared for properly.

Gift Message | Is there a gift message?

Yes. A complimentary personalised gift message can be added before checkout.

Can I cancel or return my order?

As every arrangement is bespoke and created to order, all purchases are final.

We do not offer cancellations, returns or exchanges. Should an unexpected issue arise, our team will always endeavour to provide a fair and reasonable resolution.
